Oregon Business' 100 Best survey to determine the 2011 100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon and the 100 Best Green  Companies to Work For in Oregon will open August 23, 2010.

Participating employers need a minimum of 15 full- or part-time Oregon employees.

Participants in the survey, conducted in fall 2010, will be considered for the 2011 100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon, featured in the March issue of Oregon Business. A special section of the survey will  determine our 100 Best Green Companies to Work For in Oregon, highlighted in our June issue.

As always, there is no cost to participate.  All company and employee information will be kept private.


100 Best schedule:

Sign-up period:
Monday, August 23 through Friday October 29.

Survey period: The employee and employer surveys will be available online from Monday, August 23 through Friday, November 12.

Scoring and ranking: Participants will be notified in December if they ranked (though not where) among the 100 Best.

Survey results: Reports detailing employee satisfaction, priorities and comments, as well as comparisons against other participants, will be available in December to all participants.

100 Best event: The 2011 100 Best Companies will be revealed in the March issue of Oregon Business, released at a dinner event at the Oregon Convention Center. 100 Best Companies can use our logo in marketing and job recruitment.

Keeping employees happy
