Oregon Business' 100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon survey, which includes the 100 Best Green  Companies survey is now complete..

Participating employers had to have a minimum of 15 full- or part-time Oregon (or Clark Co. Washington) employees.

We wil notify all survey partiicpants in December whether or not they are among the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon and make available free and premium reports detailing survey results.

A special section of the survey will be used to determine our 100 Best Green Companies to Work For in Oregon, highlighted in our June issue, so companies interested in the Green list must register for this 100 Best Companies survey. All participants will be considered for both lists.

As always, there was no cost to participate.  All company and employee information will be kept private.


100 Best schedule:

Sign-up period:
Monday, August 24 through Friday October 30.

Survey period: The employee and employer surveys will be available online from Monday, August 24 through Friday, November 13.

Scoring and ranking: Participants will be notified in December if they ranked (though not where) among the 100 Best.

Survey results: Reports detailing employee satisfaction, priorities and comments, as well as comparisons against other participants, will be available in December to all participants.

100 Best event: The 2009 100 Best Companies will be revealed in the March issue of Oregon Business, released at a dinner event at the Oregon Convention Center. 100 Best Companies can use our logo in marketing and job recruitment.

Keeping employees happy
